Terms of Service

1. Service
disciple.link is a free, donation-funded video meeting tool built for small groups, in particular bible studies, discipleship groups, and prayer meetings. Up to twelve participants per meeting. Anyone can join a meeting; only hosts need an account.
2. Free Tier
The free tier is best-effort, with no service-level agreement. Free meetings are subject to the availability of the shared community pool of bandwidth each month. When the pool is full, anyone can host. When it's low, free hosting may be limited or paused.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions grant a personal allocation of meeting hours each month at the tier you choose. Subscribers can host even when the community pool is dry, up to their personal allocation. Subscriptions do not include any service-level agreement, no fixed feature set, and no guarantees of resources beyond the personal allocation described.
4. Use of Funds
Subscription revenue and one-time gifts support the operation of disciple.link, including bandwidth and infrastructure. Funds beyond direct service costs may be applied at Weatherlight LLC's sole discretion to the community pool, charitable giving, the development of new products, or to Weatherlight LLC's general funds. Subscribers and donors should not expect any specific application of their contribution beyond the personal allocation described in their subscription. Payments to disciple.link are not tax-deductible. disciple.link and Weatherlight LLC are not 501(c)(3) organizations.
5. No Service Guarantees
disciple.link is provided on a best-effort basis. We may discontinue the service or any part of it with thirty (30) days notice.
6. Refunds
No refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. Future charges will stop; the current paid period remains active until its end.
7. Privacy

8. Changes to Terms
Weatherlight LLC may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with venue in the courts of Virginia.
